Bio:
Tracy is the Institute of Government's human resources professional. She is responsible for coordinating and managing the human resources program for the Institute of Government, including recruitment and placement, identification of wage/salary classification and orientation and staff benefits activities. In addition, Tracy provides administrative and program assistance for the Associate Director for Administration and the Institute as a whole.
Prior to joining the Institute of Government in July 2007, Tracy worked in the University's Office of Legal Affairs.
