Bio:
As a business manager, Ethan Rogers is responsible for the financial management of assigned accounts by applying a comprehensive professional understanding of financial accounting and public budgeting as it applies to higher education and public service. Using advanced knowledge of financial accounting and public budgeting, Ethan ensures that all transactions against assigned accounts meet Institute of Government guidelines, University of Georgia policies, and Board of Regents policies.
Prior to joining the Institute of Government in 2023, Ethan worked at Sponsored Projects
Administration and Gwinnett County interpreting and maintaining state and federal
contracts.
