Bio:
Daniel Wyatt serves as the Military Community Liaison for UGA to Ft. Moore. He is responsible for developing and fostering relationships between UGA, Ft. Moore, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the surrounding communities with Ft. Moore’s sphere of influence. He is also responsible for identifying projects that have an environmentally sustainable infrastructure component and identifying any services that UGA may be able to provide within the Engineering With Nature program in order to advance the projects.
He is a prior-service veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Field Artillery Fire Direction Controlman and Field Artillery Land Surveyor. He worked with the Lee County (AL) Highway Department as an Engineering Technician and Project Manager, and most recently worked for the Lee-Russell Council of Governments (AL), where he served as the Transportation Planner for the Auburn-Opelika Metropolitan Planning Organization.
