Bio:
Carmine is a landscape and urban designer with the Institute of Government’s Infrastructure and Community Resilience Division focusing on UGA’s Defense Community Resilience Program (DCRP) and downtown development projects. His work improves existing infrastructure through long-term planning, community engagement and sustainable development practices. Prior to joining the Institute of Government, Carmine worked for over 20 years in both the private and public sectors as a landscape architect providing design, planning, and historic preservation services to clients throughout Georgia.
